a code works once

once it is redeemed it is spent. if you get "already redeemed" and it was not you, say so in discord with the code and the order, and it can be checked against the order it came from.

credit codes and day codes are not interchangeable

a credit code adds solves to a credit key. a day code adds time to a day key. mixing them is refused on purpose: credits on a day key would never be spent, and days on a credit key would make it expire while still charging per solve. if you get that error, redeem onto a new key instead, nothing is used up.

write the new key down

a new key is shown once and never again. only its hash is stored, so it cannot be looked up or recovered later. lose it and it has to be reissued.

nothing happened and my code is gone

it is not. a redeem either completes or leaves the code untouched, there is no half state. retry, and if it still fails bring the code to discord.
